Q961 Electric all-welded ball valve Product Overview:
1, advanced valve seat: many years of ball valve manufacturing experience and design of the valve seat, low friction coefficient, small operating torque. A variety of valve seat materials, wide range of adaptation.
2, valve stem flight-proof structure: set a step at the lower part of the valve stem, install the valve stem from the inside of the valve body to prevent the valve stem from flying out.
3, anti-static function: between the ball and the valve body or valve stem set anti-static spring, can be the switch action process generated static electricity export.
4, fire-resistant structure: advanced fire-resistant design, after the fire, the various leakage parts are designed into flexible graphite filler or stainless steel graphite, to meet the fire resistance requirements, in line with the API6FA and API607 provisions.
5, handle operation, the use of flat head valve stem, and the connection of the handle will not be misplaced, so as to ensure that the switch state of the handle indication is consistent with the valve. In order to prevent the valve switch from being misoperated, a locking hole is set in the position of the switch fully open and fully closed to ensure that the valve is in the correct position.
6, fire-resistant structure: advanced fire-resistant design, after the fire, the various leakage parts of the seal burned to form a metal-to-metal seal, in line with the provisions of API6FA and API607. For places with strict fire resistance requirements, the seals are sealed with flexible graphite filler and stainless steel graphite gasket to ensure no external leakage.  7, the valve adopts the most advanced support plate structure at home and abroad, which improves the service life of the valve and reduces the operating torque of the valve. The service life of the valve is greatly extended.
